Shipping & Returns Policy

Here at Bistro Barberet and Bakery all of our baked goods and products are lovingly made by hand. As such these are our Shipping and Return Terms.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We’re happy to offer reshipments or refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong items were shipped.
  • USPS failed to deliver the package, or your package was damaged in shipping. (Must have Tracking Number and must Submit photos to info@barberetlancasterpa.com)

Shipping

Due to the nature of our product and to ensure freshness, we only ship using either 2Day or Overnight shipping methods.

You can select your desired shipping method at checkout. 

Your order will be procced within 24 – 48 hours then shipped.

Orders cannot be changed once shipped.

You will be notified through email when your package ships.

Cancellations

As we make all of our baked goods to order, if you need to cancel an order for any reason, please reach out to us at info@barberetlancasterpa.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order ships we will be unable to cancel your order so reach out as soon as possible. After 24 hours, cancelation is at the sole discretion of the Bakery.
